The D3 did its job, but as I was going on holiday (and there will be several entries on that to come), I wasn't inclined to drag it along. So it got traded (not a difficult thing to do in Japan) and became a bit of spending money for the holiday and a DP1 Merrill to complement the DP3. I've tried 28mm before, but it's something you have to get used to if you usually shoot normal or slight telephoto, as I tend to do. 28mm forces you to consider the foreground of the picture much more.
So while I curate / edit the holiday pictures, some shots from the Merrill pair.

That's a few from the two Sigmas. Coming up will be what could be a very long series of travel shots: I just finished the editing process and there are still several hundred shots which got through. Well, certainly enough to keep this going for a while...
Thanks for looking, keep a look out for further updates!
This is a collection of posts. Some (most) have a particular theme, but some are just collections. I try to only include my best shots in here.
