This entry concludes our time in Scotland. As the number of photos was slightly more than I’d normally put in one entry, but definitely not enough for 2, I condensed it into this one. First up, some more shots from Edinburgh.

We booked tickets to Edinburgh castle, which is admittedly impressive. However, when we got there, my camera took one look at the light and basically laughed at me. The next shot was a case of deliberate processing: let the white part blow out, to create a bit of a mysterious air.

This next one pretty much summed up the weather while we were there.

The remaining pictures are from a whole-day coach tour, which covered a lot of ground. The weather was, again, incredibly changeable, but I did get some photos I was pleased with. 

Lastly, these took some serious work in Lightroom. I usually have a fairly simple post processing setup, but these were an exception.

That wraps up Scotland (definitely recommend, but bring rainproof stuff). The next few entries will be from south of the border and the first should be up in week or two.
