Hakodate (3)

On our last day in Hakodate, I realised that there was a beach area not far from where we were staying. I like beaches - although there are beaches, and there are beaches. The kind of beach that I like is less "sandy, bright, full of people" and more "mix of sandy and rocky, slightly desolate, and empty". Luckily, it being a) relatively late in the day and b) windy and cold, this beach was very much the latter type. Another interesting thing is that when processing the photos, roughly half of them turned out better as black and white conversions, and roughly half turned out better in colour. Anyway, hope you like them!
