Secondary benefits

October 10, 2021  •  Leave a Comment

Other than the tendency to always be looking (and therefore increase your chances of seeing something interesting), one of the secondary benefits of photography - the kind that I do, anyway -  is that you end up walking a lot, which is the simplest and most economical way to keep in shape. (Apparently, Henri Cartier-Bresson attributed his long life to the fact he walked so much).

Now that the weather in Tokyo has gone from "completely horrible" to "not exactly comfortable but at least you can go out", I have taken to using my days off to take long walks, camera in hand.

The pictures in this entry are all from the same day, and are the result of one such long walk. Hope you like them.

More in a week or two.

Thanks for looking!
