Otsukaresama iPhone

"Otsukaresama" (お疲れ様) is a very useful phrase used in multiple situations in Japanese. English doesn't really have an exact equivalent, at least that I'm aware of. If you ever happen to work in a place where Japanese is the main language (or watch a drama set in such a place), you will hear it all the time, mainly at the end of the day, where it means something like "thanks for your hard work today".

I bring this up because after shooting with the iPhone exclusively for quite a while, I've picked up a couple of dedicated cameras, so the iPhone is getting a break from shooting (but will continue to be used for its myriad other useful functions). Hence "good work, iPhone". This entry, therefore, is the last of the shots I've taken with the iPhone 11 pro. This in no way means I will never use a phone again; it's just that I found myself itching to use a dedicated camera again.

Hope you like these!

It has been very interesting shooting just with the iPhone, and while I'm looking forward to using the dedicated cameras as well, I'm certainly not ruling out more iPhone shots in the future. In the meantime. plenty more to come from the dedicated cameras.

Thanks for looking!
