Waiting, walking, cycling.

A themed post this time. While out and about a couple of weeks ago, I came across a wall under a bridge. The light was excellent, so I stayed there for quite some time. The patterns and shadows on the wall were interesting enough, but it needed an extra element to make it into a picture. Tokyo being Tokyo, there is rarely a shortage of people around, so I just waited for a suitable figure to enter the frame and took the shot.

To flesh this out, I've included some other pictures, but they're all on more or less the same theme : a background waiting for someone to come along and create the opportunity for a shot. All pictures courtesy of the Olympus OMD-EM5 (mark 1) and the two Canon FD lenses. Hope you like these!

More on the way, plus a trip abroad coming up, so there should be no lack of pictures for the next few weeks or so.

Thanks for looking!

This is a collection of posts. Some (most) have a particular theme, but some are just collections. I try to only include my best shots in here.
