Instead of the regular style of doing the autumnal colours, I'm going to contrast them with black and white pictures, just to do something different.

I recently chanced upon a street jazz performance, and there seems to be some rule in the photography world that jazz must be shot in black and white. In my case it was midday and the light was super-harsh, so black and white also made sense (as colour wasn't an important part of the photo). However, it would be kind of strange to do the autumn colour shots in black and white, so we arrive at this deliberate mix.
