The Dommanaka Matsuri 2015

September 20, 2015  •  Leave a Comment

The Dommanaka dance festival is a major event, attracting TV crews, dance teams from all over Japan, and apparently every single person in Nagoya who owns a camera. Including me.

It is also somewhat unlucky with the weather, as if often seems to attract rain. It did this year, at least some of the time, but it could have been worse.

As I've done for the last two or three years, I spent most of the day there and ended up with a fairly reasonable haul of pictures, all courtesy of the Olympus OMD EM5 and the 45 1.8.

Thus here is a selection!

Still a lot of pictures from the Olympus to be sorted through, plus I might well do another iPhone 6 plus post soon. Keep an eye out.

Thanks for looking!
