Fifteen shots of people

July 30, 2015  •  Leave a Comment

Sometimes you can't think of a clever or allusive title, so to get around that I decided to make this entry on a theme of sorts: people. One of the nice things about the Merrill DP3 (which took all these shots) is that it is quite small and very quiet in operation, thus does not really attract attention. On top of that, mine has been very well used and looks pretty beaten up, so that probably helps too.

So, coming up, as the title states (or, to date myself and give my nationality away: "it does exactly what it says on the tin"), fifteen pictures of people.

We've been in the midst of the rainy season here (although it's more or less petered out now and given way to typhoon-and-blistering-heat season, also known by the more familiar term "summer"), so there were plenty of umbrellas about:

Festivals are of course a good place to find people

Elsewhere...

And finally, a man with the right idea about taking one's job too seriously...

Still plenty of shots in reserve; I might do the opposite (a "no people" post) next.

Thanks for looking!

This is a collection of posts. Some (most) have a particular theme, but some are just collections. I try to only include my best shots in here.

If you like what you see, please leave a message and I'll try to answer all comments.

Thank you!
