In transition

I'm currently in the process of moving all my pictures away from Apple's absolutely horrible replacement for Aperture, which they facetiously called "Photos". I can think of several names which do a better job of conveying its ineptitude. Everything's going to be stored in Lightroom CC for now, and as I've been doing this I've been able to look at some of my older shots with a more detached eye.

Anyway, to keep the blog ticking over while I'm undertaking this fairly considerable project (there are thousands of pictures to transfer), here are a dozen from the Olympus and the 45 1.8. No particular theme, just shots taken where I happened to be at any given time.

It's fairly rare to see a subway platform with absolutely nobody else on it, and the rather nice bokeh of the lens has been tempting me down the path of shooting it wide open a lot.

A short and sweet entry this time round, but there's plenty more where that came from.

Thanks for looking!

This is a collection of posts. Some (most) have a particular theme, but some are just collections. I try to only include my best shots in here.

If you like what you see, please leave a message and I'll try to answer all comments.

Thank you!
